Elizabeth supports the Talent Rewire team to achieve its mission by working directly with employers and serving as a consultant to FSG’s corporate clients. Over the last seven years, Elizabeth has worked with dozens of companies to refresh and strengthen how they address social issues vis-à-vis market-based solutions and corporate social responsibility levers. Over the last year, Elizabeth led a team of FSG and Harvard University researchers to understand what’s needed inside a company to create economic opportunity for their people. FSG’s research resulted in a set of practices that are necessary and effective for companies seeking to advance women in the workplace. Having been raised by a working mom, and having recently become a working mom, Elizabeth is especially passionate about getting women the supports they need to be successful. Elizabeth’s son, a future feminist, is already acutely aware of the power of women at home, in the community, and in corporate America.
