A year-long, low-cost, low-risk opportunity that will inspire and support HR, CSR and Operations leaders looking to pilot practice change to address your most pressing frontline talent and diversity issues.

Why Participate

Change is hard, but we can help. Through the Rewire Lab, you will:

Build your capacity to innovate new talent strategies that improve recruitment, retention, and/or advancement at your company

Design and implement a pilot that you can learn from and eventually scale

Receive coaching support and resources to support you with pilot implementation, data analysis, and evaluation

Join a community of pioneers who are committed to rewiring their talent to improve their business as well as their community

Build your employment brand as you share your talent innovations and learnings with the broader field

How the Rewire Labs Work

The Labs are low-cost and highly underwritten by philanthropy. The registration cost of $5,000 includes programming, meals, activities and consulting support for up to three participants over the twelve-month Innovation Lab experience.

Month 1

Kick-off Gathering
Apply systems- and design-thinking to assess barriers and opportunities in your approach to talent

Months 2-3

Pilot Design
Finalize pilot design and begin implementation

Month 3

Company Visits
The Rewire Lab comes to you! Engage in an onsite working session with the Talent Rewire team

Months 4-5

Pilot Implementation
Continue pilot implementation and collect data

Month 6

Recharge x Rewire
Connect with other Rewire Lab alumni and tell your story

Months 7-9

Pilot Analysis
Continue to collect data and analyze the business value

Month 10

Closing Gathering
Reflect on your pilot learnings and identify ways to share your story

Months 11+

Storytelling
Share your company’s Opportunity Employment story

Rewire Lab Members Commit to the Following

Active participation of three staff members over a 12 month timeframe, which includes two in-person gatherings lasting three days each

Designing and implementing a small-scale pilot to test an inclusive talent strategy that addresses a business need within the company

Tracking and sharing data and/or impact stories related to the pilot with the aim of contributing to the broader business case for Opportunity Employment

Sign-off from senior leadership to participate to ensure organizational buy-in
