In this session, we will explore the Six Conditions of Systems Change, highlighting the influence of mental models and the imperative to challenge established power structures shaping these models. 

Participants will:

  • Discover how prioritizing impactful conditions for change can greatly enhance the effectiveness of systemic change initiatives, fostering introspection and advancing equity. 
  • Using the Opportunity Navigator tool, we will examine strategies to reduce barriers to accessing roles, promoting inclusivity and equitable opportunities.

All sessions are virtual, 60 minute sessions w/ 30 minutes office hours that are optional for attendees.

This series is a collaboration with the Ohio Workforce Coalition via the Quality Workplaces Collaborative. We invite human resources leaders, DEIB leaders, operations leaders, employee engagement and employee experience leaders, and recruitment and talent acquisition leaders from employers of all industries and sizes to participate.
