In this session, we will explore strategies to empower and listen to employee voices, unlocking efficiency, productivity, and innovation while fostering psychological safety in the workplace.
Participants will:
- Discover how prioritizing employee voice—through effective communication channels and supportive cultural environments—can address talent and business challenges, enhancing support for frontline employees.
- Using the Opportunity Navigator tool, we will discuss systems that support on-the-job success and ongoing professional development. Learn how building systems for employee feedback and development facilitates employee growth and fulfillment.
All sessions are virtual, 60 minute sessions w/ 30 minutes office hours that are optional for attendees.

This series is a collaboration with the Ohio Workforce Coalition via the Quality Workplaces Collaborative. We invite human resources leaders, DEIB leaders, operations leaders, employee engagement and employee experience leaders, and recruitment and talent acquisition leaders from employers of all industries and sizes to participate.
