Using wellness to foster better work-life balance

Meliora, a woman-owned B Corp in Chicago, manufactures people- and planet-friendly home cleaning and laundry products.

As demand for Meliora’s products grows, so does the need for more intentionality behind meeting supply to demand. To address rising employee burnout, Meliora participated in Talent Rewire’s Employer Action Lab. Through this partnership, Meliora launched a wellness program to educate employees on mental hygiene, improve their overall mental health, and foster a better work-life balance.
