Through its participation in Talent Rewire’s Employer Action Lab, S&C established a retention committee tasked with identifying optimal strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing the company’s talent. The committee formed focus groups to pinpoint department-specific improvements that could enhance workplace safety, productivity, and efficiency on a daily basis.
