Before FSG, George worked in education and equity-focused community engagement for over 20 years. His work as an educator, facilitator, and DEI practitioner in school and community settings focused on fostering self-awareness and others’ awareness to support systems awareness in this work. As director of employer transformation, George develops innovative curriculums and facilitates employer engagements for a mix of virtual and in-person events to inspire mindset shifts and practice change for employer participants on both an individual and organizational level.
